Why I Wrote This Book

When I founded Ophiomics, I believed I was building a liver cancer company. In reality, I was building a precision diagnostics company that happened to focus on liver disease. That distinction reshaped how I view medicine, innovation, and impact.

This book captures the lessons learned – the breakthroughs, the setbacks, and the strategic choices – that can inform the next generation of innovators and decision-makers working to bring precision medicine into everyday clinical practice.
